Where AI helps, and where it does not

• It helps turn a plain English condition into a precise rule while you set up the model.
• It does not write formulas, quantities, components or safety limits, and it cannot release anything.
• It is never called when a unit is evaluated. Approved releases run exactly as written.

What goes to the AI model

Only the field list for that rule and the request you typed. Customer records, accepted results and whole models are not sent. An unclear request comes back asking for a narrower rule rather than a guess.

Who can change what

People sign in through SmartFACT Accounts, by invitation. Roles separate owners, authors, reviewers, supervisors, operators and viewers. Someone who contributed to a model or its examples cannot approve it. Owners, reviewers and supervisors confirm a second factor, and activating, withdrawing and accepting need a recent check.

Results that do not change underneath you

Accepted results cannot be edited. Each carries the release, inputs and trace that produced it, and its engineering pack carries file hashes. Replays use the original release; if that is not possible, the replay is refused rather than recalculated another way.

Your data stays yours

Engineering packs are private to your organisation, and its owner can export a complete private archive of its models, releases and results.

The early-access form is for a description of your products and process. Please do not send drawings, engineering files or customer data through it. The FactorySpec privacy notice explains how enquiries are handled.
